Drug Interactions

You should always tell your doctor which types of medicines you are taking other than Levocetirizine and Montelukast tablets at that time, the doctor will decide what can interact with this medicine. 

Do not use Hydroxyzine and Cetirizine with this combination because these all are antihistamines that can cause drowsiness due to an overdose of antihistamines.

There may be more than 100 drugs that can interact with montelukast including fluticasone/salmeterol, Aspirin, Diphenhydramine, vilanterol, and Loratadine.
