Aceclofenac and Paracetamol suspension is a combination of two medications Paracetamol an antipyretic medicine and Aceclofenac a NSAIDs class drug. It is a very potent combination for moderate to high fever conditions in children. It is also used for body pain, bone pain, tooth pain, and headaches. 

DOWN-A SUSPENSION

DOWN-A suspension is an Aceclofenac Paracetamol suspension. This is a pediatric medication that is used for fever, pain, and inflammation. This is safer than Ibuprofen & Paracetamol suspension. Down A suspension is available in a 60 ml brown color plastic pet bottle packed in a corrugated paper box. The suspension in the bottle is flavored and sweet in taste so that children can easily swallow the suspension.

ACECLOFENAC PARACETAMOL SUSPENSION USES:

DOWN-A suspension containing Aceclofenac & Paracetamol that is used to lower the fever in childern below the age of 12 years. This is also used in certain types of pain like tooth pain, headache, and muscle pain in kids.

This medication brings low levels of chemical substances which becomes the cause of pain and inflammation.

The recommended dose of Aceclofenac is 200 mg in 24 hours. Should be taken as two separate 100 mg doses in the morning and evening after meals.

Whereas the recommended dose of Paracetamol in childern varies as on the age and weight of the child. Usually, 100mg,125 mg, and 250 mg are common doses in childern which can be taken twice a day after meals. Down-A contains Aceclofenac 50 mg and Paracetamol 125mg in 5 ml, which can be taken twice a day.
