Composition 

Mefenamic acid 250mg + Dicyclomine Hcl 10mg + Simethicone 25mg

MYESPAS TABLET USES

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Mefenamic Acid Tablet are used to treat menstrual pain and colicky pain. It is also used to treat spasms of the intestines such as occur in irritable bowel syndrome.

Mechanism of Myespas Tablet working

Myespas is a combination of  Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Mefenamic Acid. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). Dicyclomine stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling). In combination, they relieve menstrual cramps and colicky pain.
